Incorporated in 1990 with a primary aim of supporting the Women’s Commission, both financially and through their volunteer efforts, the Friends of the Delaware County Women’s Commission is a non-profit, non-partisan membership organization with a separate governing board, that works to support women and girls in their effort to achieve their personal and professional goals, and provide leadership and role models for the county. The Friends also publish a newsletter, Flashpoints, which provides information about events of note in the county.
