FILING:
Candidates desiring to be placed on an election ballot must file a petition with the Bureau of Elections. Filing requirements can be obtained by contacting the Bureau of Elections .
Prior to filling with the Bureau, a filling fee must be paid at the Treasurer’s Office.A receipt is issued and the petition is stamped ‘PAID at Treasurer’s Office’. Cash, Money Order, Certified Check are acceptable. No personal checks. Registered Party Checks are acceptable.
