Arbitration Petition [ Return to the Treasurer's Main Page ]
FILING:
Litigants who desire to appeal the outcome of an Arbitration decision must file a petition with theOffice of Judicial Support (OJS). Filing requirements can be obtained by calling OJS at (610) 891-4370.
Prior to filling with OJS, a filling fee must be paid at the Treasurer’s Office. A receipt is issued and attached to the petition for servicing at OJS.
