Conduct complete background checks on each concealed weapons application
Deputy Sheriffs complete background investigations on all of the information received by the applicant applying for a concealed weapons license. After the Deputies have completed their investigation the application is forwarded to the Sheriff for his review. The Sheriff then will notify the applicant as to the outcome of his/her application.
