Effective January 31, 2018, a “Notice of Language Rights” form will be a required attachment to any court-related (hearing/trial) scheduling notice.  It is not required for conferences and not required for continuance requests.  Please click on the link below for a copy of the Notice of Language Rights form specific to Delaware County, which includes our top five languages.

This new policy applies to filings in the Orphans’ Court only.  It does not apply to filings in the Register of Wills office.

It is you the person filing in the Orphans’ Court who is responsible for compliance with this new requirement.
