Map & Guide
The Planning Department has issued the 3rd edition of the Delaware County Public Transportation Map and Guide. The map is an easy to use comprehensive reference to SEPTA’s public transit system in Delaware County. The map displays all bus, regional rail, trolley, and high-speed rail services in the County and certain routes in neighboring Chester and Montgomery Counties as well as the City of Philadelphia. It also depicts the locations of colleges and universities, shopping centers, hospitals, state and county government office buildings, business centers and office parks, hotels and motels, senior care facilities, and parks and trails.
Detailed inset maps show Media, the Darby and Chester Transportation Centers, the 69th Street Transportation Center area, and Center City Philadelphia.
The guide provides information on transit fares, regional rail stations, and all bus routes serving Delaware County. Public transit riders can learn the frequency of bus service, the number of parking spaces at train stations, parking permit requirements, on-board bicycle policies, as well as the availability of bicycle parking at regional rail stations. There is also information provided for Amtrak, DART First State, New Jersey Transit, Delaware County TMA, and PATCO.
The Map & Guide has been distributed to major businesses, education and medical facilities, shopping areas, and senior care centers within Delaware County. The Map is available at your local library and municipal buildings and in the transportation information kiosk located in the lobby of the Government Center building in Media.
