Act 247 Review Process

The Delaware County Planning Commission Application for Act 247 Review is available for printing.  Please be sure that this application contains the original signatures of the developer/applicant and designated municipal official and is submitted to the Planning Department along with a minimum of 3 sets of plans (4 sets preferred). Instructions for filling out the application are embedded in the form itself.

The Delaware County Planning Department Fee Schedule and Submission Procedures for Subdivision and Land Development Reviews that determines the amount of money that must accompany the application may be accessed here as well.
