Parks & RecreationUpland ParkFormerly called Camp Upland, this parcel of parkland was once owned by the Salvation Army and used for twenty-five years as a summer day camp for underprivileged youngsters. It was purchased by Delaware County in 1968. With over sixty scenic acres, the park offers a great variety of activities such as a playground, wooded picnic groves, softball fields, and acres of woodland areas for leisurely relaxation or nature walks.
Redwood Community Playhouse 2012 Community Playhouse Schedule Upland Park is the home of the newly redesigned and refurbished Redwood Community Playhouse. Each week hundreds of people come to Redwood to enjoy senior social dances, live bands, line dancing, country performers and more. Dances are held year round. All of these attractions are offered by the County free of charge with ample free parking.

Contact: Redwood Community Playhouse Location: Upland Park is located on Sixth Street, between Powell Rd. and Patton Ave. in Upland Borough. Directions: Route 352 to Brookhaven Road. Proceed south on Brookhaven Road (which becomes 6th St.) for approximately two miles. The entrance is the first driveway after the 7-11 convenience store on the right hand side.
