The mission of the Delaware County Parks and Recreation Department is to provide and promote quality recreation programs, facilities and services to the residents of Delaware County.
Director Marc J. Manfre oversees the daily operation of 621 acres of county-owned parkland. He focuses on constantly upgrading and improving existing recreational programs along with facilitating new ideas for the enjoyment of future generations.
Permits will be issued for groups of 10 or more for the use of park facilities in Catania, Clayton, Smedley, and Upland Parks. Reservations may be made free of charge by sending a written request to the Parks office, including the name of the park, date and time of event, number of people attending, and return contact information. You may write up your own request letter or download and complete the form provided below, and mail or fax it to the Parks Dept.
