In Home Services
COSA offers comprehensive evaluations with support services to assist physically and/or mentally needy 60+ individuals. Assessments are conducted to determine the proper and necessary level of care. The following services assist older adults to remain in their home.
Adult Day Care
Socialization therapy and health monitoring for dementia or physical rehab seniors, in a supervised, and structural setting.
Family Caregiver Support
Integration of service which reduce care-giver stress and reinforce the care provided to home bound elderly.
Home Delivered Meals
Nutritious meals delivered to the home-bound seniors.
Aging Waiver Program
Provides services in the home as an alternate to nursing home care. The program provides services similar to a nursing home.
Personal Care
Assistance with home management and individual care allowing persons to remain in dependant in their own homes.
Pre-Admission Assessment
Assessment of individuals needs to determine the appropriateness of COSA services boarding home, nursing home or Domiciliary Care.
Protective Services
Assistance to older adults who are clearly unable to protect themselves from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and or abandonment.
Respite Care
Temporary relief for family members caring for older impaired adults
