Delaware County Court

The Delaware County Court of Common Pleas is a Court of general jurisdiction vested with the constitutional authority to resolve disputes through the use of jury trials. The District Justices are
magisterial courts of limited jurisdiction which are not empowered to resolve disputes by jury trials.
