Senior Judge Edward J. Zetusky, Jr. was elected to a ten-year term commencing in January, 1996 and was retained by election to another ten-year term commencing in January, 2006.  He was elected as President Judge by the Board of Judges in 2007 and became a Senior Judge in 2008. 

Prior to his election to the Bench, Judge Zetusky was involved in the general practice of law for approximately 33 years.  He served as Solicitor for a number of municipal entities and was a Councilman in the City of Chester.

Judge Zetusky has been married to the former Mary C. Lynam for over 49 years.  They parented four sons and presently have ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  They lived in the City of Chester for over 30 years and presently live in Concord Township.
