Judge Chad F. Kenney

Judge Chad F. Kenney, Sr. was appointed to the Court by the Governor, was sworn in on August 22, 2003, and was elected to a full ten-year term in November, 2003.

Prior to his appointment Judge Kenney was a partner in the law firm of Rawle and Henderson and was the twice elected Sheriff of Delaware County, serving in that position from 1998 until his taking a seat on the Bench in 2003. He is a graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School, Villanova University and Temple Law School where he served on the Law Review.

Judge Kenney resides in Nether Providence with his wife Anita, and their three children Chad, Joe and Jeanna.
