Judge Patricia H. Jenkins
Judge Patricia H. Jenkins was first sworn into office on February 18, 1993 following appointment by Gov. Robert P. Casey, and was elected to a full ten year term in November of that year. Prior to her appointment she was a partner in the firm of Kassab, Archbold, Jackson and O'Brien. She is a graduate of Penncrest High School, Albright College and Dickinson School of Law. She also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Villanova Law School. During her years as an attorney, she served as Solicitor to several governmental bodies and was active in civic and professional organizations. She taught paralegal studies at Widener and Villanova Universities and was a member of both the Board of Trustees of Haverford State Hospital and of Blue Shield of Pennsylvania. Judge Jenkins also served as a member of the Boards of Directors of the Rose Tree Education Foundation and the Riddle Memorial Hospital. She was elected to a second ten year term in November, 2003 and sworn into office in January, 2004. |
